Keep proof of postage. Without it, we may not be able to process your refund.
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll refund you within 14 days. If shipped, refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof it was sent). Refunds go back to the original payment method.
If the product is returned damaged, used, or incomplete, we may reduce your refund.

Please include a photo or video showing the issue. If approved, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label and keep you updated throughout the process.
